Creating the program I wish I had on my journey
Insomnia ruled my life. No matter what I tried; doctors, therapists, meditation, medications, CBT-I, supplements, endless “hacks”, I always found myself back in the same exhausting cycle.

Nothing ever seemed to last.

Things shifted when I started understanding the science behind sleep, the nervous system, and how our thoughts and emotions play a role. For the first time, I could finally see what insomnia really was and why it was happening.

Yet through all of it, I never found the support I truly needed. That’s why I’m doing this work now. I know firsthand the fear, the desperation, and the hopelessness of feeling like sleep will never return. And I know the relief of finding a path that actually works.

This program was created so you don’t have to spend years of your life searching for answers that don’t stick. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
