Hi! I'm Fiona...
I know what it’s like to lose sleep… and yourself.

✨ I tried everything... CBT-I, supplements, medications, “sleep hygiene”, nothing worked!
✨ I know what it feels like to not be understood or believed.
✨ I know how lonely it feels when you’re doing everything right and still can’t sleep.
I’ve been where you are - now, as a Certified Sleep Coach, I can help you recover too.
I used to be the “fixer.”

The one who could do anything she set her mind to. I was the problem solver, the reliable one, the resilient one. From the outside, I looked unstoppable—ambitious, calm, and always in control.

But behind the scenes, I was unraveling.

It started with a few sleepless nights. Nothing major… until it was.

What I lost wasn’t just sleep—it was my identity. The woman who could “handle anything” was suddenly powerless in the face of something as basic as rest.

A few summers ago, after a big move, a new relationship, and launching a business, everything shifted. What should’ve been an exciting new chapter turned into a spiral of fear and sleeplessness. One disrupted night became weeks of anxiety, exhaustion, and the terrifying thought that something inside me was broken.

I tried everything:

  • Meditation, yoga, journaling
  • Melatonin, magnesium, sleeping pills (prescription and OTC)
  • Saw countless doctors and therapists
  • Time off work, hotel escapes, therapy, even blaming my partner
The harder I tried to fix my sleep, the worse it got.
People told me I was just stressed. “Try to relax,” they said. But this wasn’t about stress—it was about fear. Deep, obsessive fear that I might never sleep normally again.

Eventually, I discovered CBT-I. It gave me structure, but my perfectionist brain turned it into another checklist, another thing I could fail at. Relief was temporary. The real shift came when I found a sleep coach who blended CBT-I with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Slowly, I learned to stop forcing sleep, to befriend wakefulness, and to let go of the fight.

And that’s when everything changed.

I stopped trying to control sleep. I stopped defining myself by my nights. I started living again.

This journey didn’t just restore my sleep—it reshaped my life. It uncovered the perfectionism, the pressure, and the control I’d been carrying for years. And it’s why I now dedicate my work to helping others find freedom from insomnia.

Because maybe you’re where I was: smart, capable, successful—and exhausted. Sleep is the one thing you can’t seem to fix.

If that’s you, I want you to know:

✨ You’re not broken.
✨ You can recover.
✨ And it’s not about trying harder—it’s about trying differently.
